Catch The Ghost mengisahkan tentang seorang detektif pemula bernama Yoo Ryung (Moon Geun Young). Memiliki saudara kembar yang mengidap autis yang sekarang menghilang. Untuk menemukan saudaranya, Yoo Ryung memutuskan menjadi polisi.
Dia tidak selalu mengikuti aturan karena dia sangat percaya pada keadilan. Di kepolisian ia berpasangan dengan Ko Ji Suk (Kim Sun Ho).
